Awesome! You’re coming the the show!

Once you complete the ticket purchase do not exit until you have downloaded your ticket to your device. Below are some tips for ticketing and the check process on the day of the show.

For Keeping the QR Code on Your Cell Phone

  1. Download the Ticket
Save the QR code to your phone by downloading it from the email or event platform. Most phones will save it in the Downloads or Gallery/Photos app.

  2. Save for Easy Access

    • Photos/Gallery App: Move the ticket image to a dedicated folder, like “Tickets” or “Events,” to locate it quickly.
    • Wallet Apps: If your phone supports digital wallets (e.g., Apple Wallet or Google Wallet), add the ticket to it.
    • Email or Notes: Save the email or ticket attachment in your inbox or a notes app with an event reminder.
  3. Test Before the Event
Open the QR code image on your phone and check its clarity. Ensure it displays in full screen, with no cracks on your phone that could obscure the code.

  4. Charge Your Phone
Fully charge your phone before heading to the event. Bring a portable charger if needed.

For Printing the QR Code

  1. Download the Ticket File
Open the ticket file (PDF or image) from the event email or platform.

  2. Print the Ticket
Use a high-quality printer. Ensure the QR code prints clearly, without smudges, cuts, or distortion.

    • Print in actual size without scaling.
    • Use a white, clean sheet of paper.
  3. Store Safely
Place the printed ticket in a safe location, such as a folder or an envelope, to avoid folds or creases.

  4. Bring it to the Event
Keep the ticket in an easy-to-access place, like a handbag, wallet, or jacket pocket.

At Check-In on Event Day

  • Using Phone: Open the QR code on your phone before reaching the check-in point. Adjust brightness for better scanner visibility.
  • Using Printed Copy: Present the printed ticket without folds or creases for easy scanning.

Pro Tip: Always have a backup (phone + printed copy) in case of technical issues!
